I really wish I could have stayed a couple of more days in SJ with my family. This is the first time in 2 years I got to go home for more than 2 days. I was there for 5. 5!!! I got to see Sarah finally, one of my very best friends and pretty much one of about 5 people I keep in touch with from high school. Felt like old times. Then there’s my family. My family is my life. I talk to my mom almost everyday and my cousins at least twice a week. Its been real hard living away from them considering we were all raised together basically in the same house…
BUT coming back to sac wasn’t too bad. Yeah when I got here I wished I was back home but, right when I crawled into bed I was glad to be back. I missed my kids at work, my cousins here, and my friends. Got to hang out with Erika for a bit today which was nice.
It’s always the hardest being back home then having to leave, but once I get back to Sac, I always realize the life I have here and appreciate it even more.
Presents wrapped, clothes packed up…I’m ready to come home for 5 days!
